  7. Preheat the oven at 200 degree Celsius.
  8. Divide the dough in equal portions,press it into a flat disk. Now use a rolling pin to roll the dough into a 6"-7" circle.
  9. Spread a generous spoonful of filling in the bottom 1/3rd of calzone,leaving a clear border around the edge.
  10. Press the edges together and seal them. Arrange calzones to a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  11. Brush them with milk.
  12. Bake at 200 degress for 15 minutes. Rotate the tray and bake for another 10 mins. Bake till they are golden and browned on edges.
  13. Let the calzones cool on the shelf till they come to room temperature,before serving them with tomato ketchup.
