This is also the time to add the flavor and color until you get the color you need. You have to be careful while adding color because a little goes a long way. Add a drop at a time and mix.
  4. If you are making umbre butter icing first add color to get a light shade. Divide it into 2 or 3 then add more of the color to the next batch to make it a little darker than the first.
