Instructions to make For Church Two Chilis:

1. Chop the pepper and onion. Add to the pot with a glug of oil.
2. Add half the sirloin to the onions and peppers.
3. Fry the other half of the sirloin. Drain the drippings and get the sirloin crisp.
4. Add the spices, beans and tomatoes. Simmer for 30 minutes.
5. Add the crispy sirloin. Mix well and simmer for 15 minutes.
6. Fry the bacon crisp and chop it up. Add it in stirring occasionally.
