  1. Cut your chicken into small stripes
  2. In a bowl add your soysauce, water, Maggi, salt, cornflour, sugar, onion, garlic, vinegar and mix well.
  3. Put a sauce pan on low heat add in your oil and chicken, sprinkle some black pepper and keep stirring till tender.
  4. Add in your soysauce mixture and stir well till it thickens. When thick off the flame and serve with white rice or any dish of your choice.. Enjoy!

We almost always use skin-on because the skin provides a safety layer between chicken flesh and a hot pan, and as a result, you get moist and juicy meat every time.
