The ingredients needed to make Irish Cream Tiramisu:

1. Get 675 ml Double cream
2. Get 675 g Mascarpone
3. Take 240 g Sugar
4. Get 2 tsp Vanilla extract
5. Get 4 tbsp Irish cream
6. Make ready 2 cups Espresso coffee
7. Make ready 2 packs Lady Fingers
8. Make ready 100 g Cocoa powder

How to Make Irish Cream Tiramisu. When ready to serve, push the cocoa powder through a small mesh sieve to just the top of the tiramisu. I promised you guys a Tiramisu and here it is. In a stand mixer, whip cream to soft peaks.

Instructions to make Irish Cream Tiramisu:

1. Beat pouring cream, sugar & vanilla extract together until soft peaks form
2. Add mascarpone and Irish cream, whip to form stiff peaks
3. Dip lady fingers in espresso coffee (3 per pot) and push down and place at bottom of glass
4. Spread cream mix on top lady fingers
5. Dust with cocoa powder and place in fridge
