  4. Add package of mushroom gravy mix to hamburger veggie mixture and mix well.
  5. Next add your cream of mushroom soup and sour cream. (Add a bit of milk of mixture is too thick for your liking)
  6. Once pasta is fully cooked and drained mix meat mixture and cheese, more or less depending on your taste and enjoy!

When I was a child, Napolitan pasta was the only spaghetti that was available at local restaurants. This dish is very special for me since it reminds me of my childhood. This is a unique kind of spaghetti served in Japan.
