  13. Take 1 tbs *Spiceologist Smokey Habanero Rub (www.spiceologist.com)
  14. Get 3 tsp Oregano (Mexican Oregano Preferred but not necessary)
  15. Take 3 tsp Cumin
  16. Make ready 2 tsp Sea Salt (adjust to taste)
  17. Get 2 tsp Paprika
  18. Prepare 2 tsp Garlic Powder
  19. Make ready Bacon (crumbled for topping)
  20. Get Shredded Sharp Cheddar (for topping)

When meat is browned, stir in the bell pepper, onion, jalapeno peppers, habanero peppers, Anaheim peppers, garlic, cumin, red pepper flakes, chili powder, bouillon, crushed tomatoes, whole tomatoes, beer, tomato paste, chile paste and water.
