  7. Broil salmon for 13 minutes.
  8. Once the butter has melted add in the onions, pears, and sugar.
  9. Turn heat up to medium-high and cook for 8 minutes or until the onions and pears have turned golden and the water has thicken into a syrup.
  10. Add the caramelized pears and onions on top of your salmon fillets and serve! In the photo I served my salmon with a side of my veggie tumeric rice. 😄

Stir in figs, wine, broth, vinegar and fresh rosemary. Add salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle salmon with salt and pepper to taste. Place salmon fillets on top of apple-onion mixture. Add white wine vinegar to apple-onion mixture and stir to combine.
