Prepare For Chicken marination:
Prepare 1 1/2 chicken breast chunks
Get 1/4 cup hung/ thick yogurt
Take 1/2 tbsp paprika powder
Take 1/2 tbsp red chilli powder
Get 1/2 tbsp all spice powder
Prepare 1/2 tbsp black pepper powder
Take 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
Take 1 tsp ginger paste

Take 1 tbsp oil
Make ready 2 tbsp butter
Get 1 tsp crushed ginger and garlic
Get 1 onion finely chopped
Get 3 tomatoes roughly cut
Prepare 1/2 cup thick yogurt
Get to taste Salt
Take 2-3 tbsp cream
Get 1/2 tsp all spice powder
Get 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
Take 1/2 tsp paprika powder
Get 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
Prepare 1/2 tsp coriander powder
Prepare For Chicken Tikka:
Get 4-5 tbsp oil
Take Garnish:
Get 1 little finely chopped fresh coriander and mint leaves
Make ready 1 lemon
Instructions to make Chicken Tikka Masala (boneless):
In a big mixing bowl add the chicken chunks with all the spices and yogurt.
Mix nicely, cover with cling wrap and refrigerate at least for 1 hour or overnight.
In a chopper, finely chop the onion and keep aside. Make tomato purée and keep aside.
Now remove the marinated chicken and give a mix. And in a non-stick pan/wok, add 4-5 tbsp oil and add these chunks one by one. Do not over fill the pan, otherwise the chicken will leave it’s waters. Remove in a bowl when done. And repeat the step for the remaining chicken. (keep the flame on medium high)
In another non-stick wok add oil, ginger garlic crushed and sauté for 30 seconds. Then add the chopped onions. Sauté till translucent.
Now add the tomatoes purée and all the spices. Mix well and cook for 2 minutes.
Move away from flame, give a minute’s rest and then add yogurt and cream. Mix well. (I added turmeric powder as I forgot to add it before)
Add chicken tikka chunks and mix. Add butter and let it cook for 5 mins.
1. Serve with Garlic Naan or Puri and enjoy your meal.
