Repeat until the pan is full but the bites still have room to fry. Cook the churros until they're golden brown on all sides. Make churros: In a large saucepan over medium heat, add water, butter, and sugar. Bring to a boil, then add vanilla.

Instructions to make Churros:
  1. In pan 1st add water & milk let it boil.
  2. In boiling milk add butter, sugar & salt let it cook for 2 min on medium flame.
  3. Then remove from flame & add flour in it & mix with spatula till it form a ball.
  4. Cook it on slow flame for 3 min..
  5. Now let it cool for 10 min..
  6. Mix egg in batter one by one, 1st add one egg yhen mix it with hands or with mixer, beater for 2 min when egg incorporates completely then add 2nd egg again mix it for 3 min..
  7. You will get consistency like in pic..
  8. Now fill it in piping bag or icing gun..check it works properly on butter paper.
  9. Now deep fry it.. for frying please check pics..
  10. Don't over crowd the pan. Fry til get beautiful golden colour. Fry on slow to medium flame..
  11. For Chocolate syrup: 1st melt chocolate with milk in microwave or in double boiler then add 1 tsp butter & mix well if thick then add few drops of milk.
  12. Coat fried churros with powdered sugar & cinnamon powder..then dip in chocolate syrup.
  13. Enjoy…
