The ingredients needed to make Jambalaya Cabbage:
  1. Get 1 head of cabbage
  2. Get 1 1/2 lb Smoke Sausage
  3. Take 1 can of rotel tomatoes
  4. Get 1 onion (I use white)
  5. Get 1/2 A Stick Of Butter
  6. Take 1 Salt and Pepper to taste

Just put a tiny amount of cayenne in, but be sure to taste before you add any more. You can always add more, but you can't take it away. Cook until beef is evenly brown. Stir in cabbage, tomatoes, water and rice.

Steps to make Jambalaya Cabbage:
  1. Wash your cabbage, and cut into bite size pieces. Place the cabbage in a pot and put enough water in to cover the cabbage. Place on the stove (medium-high) and boil it until it's cooked thoroughly.
  2. Cut your onion into the size pieces you desire. I do strips. Cut your sausage into the size pieces you desire. Place both in a skillet and cook into sausage is cut thorough and onions are translucent.
  3. Open your can or rotel tomatoes, drain all the juice and add it to the skillet. Cook for 5mins. And remove the skillet from the heat.
  4. When your cabbage is done, drain the water in a colander. Put the cabbage back in the pot. Add salt and pepper to taste and your butter. Stir it up.
  5. Mix your sausage, rotel and onions in the cabbage. Place one stove (medium-high) and give I it a big stir. Let it cook another 10mins. And then serve. = )
