  17. Prepare 500 grams Beef Mince
  18. Get to taste Salt
  19. Make ready 1 Tablespoon Ginger garlic paste
  20. Make ready 1 Tablespoon Red Chilli powder
  21. Make ready 1/2 Cup Onion Chopped
  22. Prepare Other Ingredients
  23. Prepare Boiled Lasagne Strips as required
  24. Make ready 1 Capsicum
  25. Make ready Chaddar Cheese as required
  26. Take Mozerela Cheese as required

Make The Meat Sauce: After cooking or soaking the lasagna noodles, make the sauce by adding onions and garlic to a large skillet or pot with olive oil. Add the ground beef and brown, then drain off any excess drippings. Assembly of the lasagna: Spread a little of the beef sauce across the bottom of your pan. Cover with a layer of beef sauce and drizzle about half a cup of cheese sauce over this-no need to be too particular.

Instructions to make Beef Lasagne:
  1. White Sauce: Add butter in a pan. Then add plain flour and cook for 1 minute. Then gradually add milk, while continuously mixing it with spoon. Add salt and pepper and cook until the sauce becomes thick.
  2. Red Sauce: Heat butter in a pan. Add chopped garlic and saute it for 2 minute. Add ketchup and rest of the ingredients. Mix it with spoon. Cook it for 2 minutes.
  3. Beef Mince: heat oil in a pan. Add ginger garlic paste. Add mince and all spices. Let it cook until it is done. Add chopped onion, cook it for 2 minutes.
  4. Take a dish and add lasagne strips. Then add white sauce and red sauce. Then add mince and both the cheese. Again add lasagne strips and repeat the process. In the end add capsicum on top and sprinkle some oregano and red chilli flakes.
  5. Bake in the pre heated oven for 10 minutes.
