Steps to make Lasagne:
  1. How to make white sauce: In a thick bottom pan put the butter then the white flour. Mix it well.

  3. Stir continuously to form a thick creamy paste.

  6. Keep the sauce aside.

  10. Mix all these well and keep it aside.
  11. Lasagna strips should be dipped in hot water and set aside. Do not cook it.
  12. Any cheese cheddar or mozzarella can be used, it should be grated and kept.
  13. Grease a microwave safe dish with butter.
  14. Set the lasagne strip as the first layer.
  15. Put the lasagna mix in the second layer and even it out.
  16. Add grated cheese to form the third layer.
  17. Repeat the same.
  18. Microwave it for 18 minutes.
  19. Let it cool for half an hour, cut and serve.
  20. Note: Cheese will always have salt so put the salt accordingly in the mix.
