  5. Now in another heat proof bowl, melt the chocolate by putting the bowl in hot water, for making bowls. I used dairy milk.
  6. Now dip the balloon in the bowl and set them in freezer until firm.
  7. Poke the balloons and remove them from the firmed chocolate bowls.
  8. Now add the prepared mousse and decorate it with crushed chocolate, chocolate sticks, etc.
  9. Refrigerate for atleast one hour.
  10. Serve with coffee and enjoy.

As much as I love to impress my guests with complicated, show-stopping sweets, the reality is that I don't always have the time (or motivation) for it. We will be using heavy cream and dark chocolate for this. If you prefer to use unsweetened chocolate, remember to add. This chocolate mousse is simply genius.
